On Domains:

1. Where do I go to log in to my domain control panel?

You can log in to your domain control panel to change your nameservers, IP address or contact information at:

https://access.enom.com

2. I already have a domain name. To which IP address/ nameservers should I point it to?

-Use the following for Web Hosting Packages:

Primary DNS: ns309.websitewelcome.com, and Secondary DNS: ns310.websitewelcome.com

Primary IP address: 74.52.238.226, and Secondary IP address: 74.52.238.226

3. I have ordered for a domain name. Why isn't it active ?

It usually takes up to 24hrs for a newly registered domain to propagate through out the WWW. In the mean time, you can login to your Cpanel or WHM or view your site at the following addresses:

http://74.52.238.226/cpanel (for logging into your cpanel)

Use the username and password in your welcome email.

4. I want to transfer my domain name to Kifarunet Hosting. What is the procedure?

-Log in to your domain control panel (you are normally given a password by the person who registered your domain)

-Copy or write down the authorization code that is given for your domain.

-Unlock your domain by selecting the 'allow domain to be transferred' option.

-Send to us the authorization code and the name of your domain registrar and we will do the rest.

-Please refer to our domains section to see the charges associated with domain name transfers.

5. How long does it take to transfer my domain name to you guys?

It usually takes 6 - 8 days for a domain transfer. This is an international standard.

How do I access my cPanel?

If, for example, your domain name is 'domain.com':

http://www.domain.com/cpanel

Use the username and password sent to you in your welcome email.

How do I access my WebMail?

http://www.domain.com/webmail

Use the username (full email address) and password that you set when creating mail addresses from the cPanel.

How do I create email addresses?

To create an email address, follow the following steps:

  1. Log in to your cPanel
  2. Click on the 'Mail' icon
  3. Click on 'add, remove, manage accounts'
  4. Fill in the details for username and password
  5. Assign a number (in MB) for the size of your mailbox for that particular email address. If you are using outlook or any other mail client to access your mail, you can set this to just 5MB.
  6. Click on 'create' to create account

How do I reset my email password?

To reset your email password, follow the steps above until step 3. A list of your created emails appears and on the left of the list, locate the link 'password', click on it and enter the new password.
